Full-Time Crew Leader in Training (Construction/Landscaping)
Pay rate: $16.00-$18.00 plus overtime

Job Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of Environmental Field Service (EFS) Specialists in the occurrence a Field Quality Manager (FQM) is out.
- Install and remove Silt Fence.
- Install protection to storm inlets.
- Work with heavy duty hand tools (sledge hammer/shovels, etc.).
- Install various types of erosion control measures (BMPs) as prescribed by reporting agencies.
- Watch for safety hazards on jobsite, correct employees anytime they are working in an unsafe manner.
- Operate company machinery.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed
· Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
