Responsibilities
Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide advanced life support care
Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment
Administer medications, perform advanced airway management, and operate life-saving equipment
Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring vital signs
Collaborate with other first responders and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean, stocked, and ready for service
Qualifications
Current EMT-Paramedic certification (State and/or National Registry)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
CPR and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver patients and equipment
