Position Responsibilities
- In-store and online sales of firearms, gear, ammunition, optics, and accessories
- Law enforcement and agency sales support
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building
- Inventory management, stock keeping, and product organization
- Assisting with product listings and promotions across online sales platforms
- Supporting daily retail operations in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with computers and common software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong social media skills, including the ability to create and post content to:
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
- Basic knowledge of website operations and maintenance
- Ability to list products and services on the company website and industry-related sales platforms
- Working knowledge of firearms, with a strong desire to continue learning about:
- Firearms
- Gear and accessories
- Ammunition
- Optics and related products
- Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and reliability
