Role Description
This is a part-time (at least 15 hours) or full-time hybrid role for a Fully Licensed Counselor, based in Holly Springs, NC, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The counselor will provide individual, couple, and family therapy specializing in trauma therapy. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapeutic sessions, maintaining accurate client documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Fully Licensed or Able to obtain Supervision
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Expertise in Mental Health, Trauma Therapy, and Psychology
- Experience providing Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent in the state of North Carolina
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Familiarity with faith-based counseling approaches is a plus
- Specializations such as EMDR a plus
