About The Role
Construction Crew Member
As a Construction Crew Member at Valor Contracting, you will play a hands-on role in various construction tasks, including unloading, assembling, and installing materials, maintaining a clean and organized job site, operating tools, and assisting concrete, carpentry, and steel crews.
Position Logistics
Our salary ranges are established based on a combination of market data, internal equity, and the unique characteristics of our organization such as our size, revenue, and industry. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About The Role
Construction Crew Member
As a Construction Crew Member at Valor Contracting, you will play a hands-on role in various construction tasks, including unloading, assembling, and installing materials, maintaining a clean and organized job site, operating tools, and assisting concrete, carpentry, and steel crews.
Position Logistics
- Work Environment: On-Site
- Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7 am - 5 pm
- Work Type: Full Time, Hourly

- Unloading materials
- Assembling and installing materials
- Keeping the job-site clean and organized
- Operating hand and power tools
- Assisting concrete, carpentry, and steel crews
- Additional duties as assigned
- Have reliable transportation to and from the job-site
- Enjoy working outside, in all weather conditions
- Are able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds
- Are able to lift, maneuver and climb varied size ladders, including 30 ft expandable ladders, and follow all ladder and roof safety compliance measures
- Have forklift experience (preferred, not required)
- Are responsible, accountable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable
