We are seeking an energetic and friendly Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately
- Answer phones with polished phone etiquette, addressing client inquiries and booking appointments promptly
- Assist clients with product demos and upselling retail products to enhance their experience
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including merchandising and stocking retail shelves
- Support the team with basic retail sales, inventory management, and merchandising tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in beauty ,retail sales or customer service
- High School Graduate
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems or Meevo , cashiering, and basic math for transactions and retail math calculations
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and sales performance
