Responsibilities And Duties
- Source and interview candidates.
- Publish roles on various job boards.
- Support hiring managers and fulfill talent requests.
- Proactively build talent and nurture pipelines for various brands and portfolios.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team.
- Additional duties as assigned by the manager.
- 3-5 years as a talent acquisition advisor hiring for high-value roles.
- Experience in the online publishing industry is considered an asset.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
- Extremely detail and results oriented.
- Interest in Valnet's brands and content.
- Professional designation is considered an asset.
