  • Administrative and clerical: Answering phones, managing emails and mail, filing documents, preparing memos, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Coordination: Scheduling meetings and appointments, managing calendar for visitors, and coordinating miscellaneous arrangements for leadership staff if needed.
  • Office management: Ordering and stocking supplies, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
  • Support: Providing administrative assistance to departments or staff, assisting with HR functions like onboarding, and managing internal communications.
  • Customer service: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and serving as the initial point of contact.
  • Key duties include scheduling, data entry, filing, preparing documents
  • Communicate and coordinate with security team on all personnel site visits

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Experience in an administrative or office setting is typically required, with customer service experience being beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience working in an office setting
