Key Responsibilities
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and embed continuous improvement in every process.
- Drive improvements in HSE, quality, cost competitiveness, and profitability.
- Set and achieve operational targets; ensure proper organization and staffing.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Proven track record in HSE excellence and Lean leadership.
- Strong change management and team development experience.
- Manufacturing background with focus on quality, productivity, and delivery.
- Solid knowledge of Lean tools, continuous improvement, and project management.
- Minimum 5 years leading a full production team in a complex environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Production or Industrial Engineering).
