Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled MEP Mechanical Engineer to design, coordinate, and oversee mechanical systems for building projects. The role involves HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical services, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and sustainability standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with electrical, plumbing, architectural, and civil teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systemsPrepare mechanical drawings, layouts, calculations, and specificationsCoordinate with MEP, architectural, structural, and site teamsReview shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentsConduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs and standardsSupport project execution, testing, commissioning, and handover activitiesEnsure compliance with local codes, international standards, and client requirementsAssist in value engineering, cost optimization, and energy-efficient designsIdentify and resolve design clashes using BIM/coordination toolsProvide technical support during construction and post-construction phasesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering3 years of experience in MEP mechanical design and/or site executionStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and building servicesProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design toolsFamiliarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, SMACNA, and local codesExperience with BIM coordination is a plusGood understanding of construction practices and project workflowsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
