Job description:Structure and execute tax equity and debt transactions to fund the company’s solar investmentsNegotiate major financing transaction documents, including securitization credit agreements, tax equity partnership agreements, Holdco credit agreements, etc.Coordinate due diligence, consultant reports, rating agencies, legal processes, and all other stakeholders to drive financing deal closingsInterfacing with tax equity investors and lenders during deal marketing, closing, and ongoing facility managementDevelop and maintain financial models associated with structured finance transactionsCollaborate with internal teams, including development, construction, legal, and operations, to ensure efficient project executionRequirements2 years or more of experience as an investment professional or an investment bankerExposure to the infrastructure industry is a plusSuperior financial modelling and due diligence capabilitiesStrong negotiation and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work in situations with changing priorities and multiple simultaneous assignments
