About the Role
We are looking for a BIM Manager to support BIM coordination, modeling, and project delivery for an established MEP design firm in NYC. Work Type: Hybrid role, 3 days in the office
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate BIM models for MEP projects.
- Work with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design teams.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and processes.
- Perform model coordination and identify design conflicts.
- Support project teams with BIM-related technical issues.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of MEP industry experience.
- Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Navisworks preferred.
- Understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid NYC environment.
