We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Manager to lead digital design and coordination for major projects, including airports, transit facilities, healthcare buildings, university campuses, government facilities, and high-rise developments. This role oversees BIM workflows, develops BIM Execution Plans, and ensures that all MEP models meet technical, project, and industry standards.The MEP BIM Manager will guide the creation, integration, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include leading clash detection, supporting design development, managing BIM technicians and engineers, and delivering accurate, high-quality models from concept through construction.The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of MEP systems for complex building environments. Experience with cloud-based platforms such as BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
