What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEP Office Director position at Vallum Associates?
Founded in the 1950's our client is an industry titan in the MEP space, they work internationally across the globe, and have prime office locations in Miami, NYC, Chicago, Boston, Houston and Philadelphia.
Miami is growing for the firm and they have a need to hire a Mechanical Office Director for their Downtown Miami office. You will have leadership responsibility, help shape and build the office through strategic hiring with an eye on continuing to grow their Miami Mechanical offering to a multitude of international renowned Real Estate Developers & Architects.
What they need:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a Mechanical bias MEP Design firm
- Must have High Rise project experience - can be hotels, residences, commercial etc
- PE (strong preference for it to be Florida)
- Based in Miami or relocate
- Experience in mentoring and/or managing
Base salary $175k.
Salary : $175,000
