We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring the bar area is tidy and organized.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register or Aloha POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and making recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and preparation when necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.

Experience

• Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food preparation and beverage service is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
