Vallo Media is a digital performance marketing consultancy focused on driving measurable revenue growth for B2B and eCommerce brands through data-driven media strategy, execution, and optimization.
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to oversee Google Ads B2B eCommerce accounts (including Shopping/PLAs), with additional exposure across Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels over time.
This is a contract-to-hire consulting role, starting at ~20 hours per week, with the opportunity to expand hours and responsibility as the relationship grows.
This role is Google Ads–first, with a heavy emphasis on:
- Search, Shopping, Performance Max
- Large product catalogs and seasonal demand
- Revenue-focused optimization and structure
You’ll own day-to-day execution and optimization while collaborating with senior strategists on account direction, creative strategy, and growth opportunities. While Google Ads is the core focus, experience with Meta catalog ads and B2B paid media is important.
- Own and optimize Google Ads accounts for a high-volume eCommerce advertiser
- Manage and scale Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns
- Analyze performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Partner on creative strategy, including ad copy, promotions, and offer testing
- Support Meta Ads initiatives, including catalog and retargeting campaigns
- Ensure proper tracking and measurement using GA4, Tag Manager & sales/CRM data
- Identify opportunities to expand into additional channels (Meta, programmatic)
- Prepare performance insights and recommendations for internal and client-facing discussions
- 3–6 years of hands-on paid media experience
- Deep expertise in Google Ads for eCommerce (Search, Shopping, PMax)
- Experience managing large product catalogs and complex account structures
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, especially catalog and retargeting strategies
- Strong understanding of B2B and eCommerce buying behavior
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Ability to advise on creative strategy and promotional testing
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Professional-level English communication (written and spoken)
- Remote / Hybrid role
- NYC tri-state area preferred
- Access to our coworking space and athletic country club in Red Bank, NJ
- Occasional travel required for quarterly client meetings in the tri-state area
- $30–$50/hour, based on experience
