About Us:
We are seeking a skilled Jeweler / Bench Jeweler to join our team at Valliani Jewelers Chandler Fashion Center, Arizona.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform jewelry repairs including sizing, soldering, stone setting, prong tightening, chain repairs, and polishing
- Work on custom designs, including CAD guidance (if applicable)
- Inspect and assess jewelry brought in for repair
- Set diamonds and gemstones in various settings (prong, bezel, channel, pavé, etc.)
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and timely completion of work orders
- Maintain bench tools, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Collaborate with the sales team to confirm customer needs
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience as a jeweler or bench jeweler (preferred)
- Strong skills in soldering, polishing, jewelry assembly and repair
- Experience with stone setting (diamonds & gemstones) is a strong plus
- Ability to work with 14k, 18k gold, platinum, and other metals
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- CAD design knowledge is a bonus
