We're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the accounting and financial operations of our five growing business divisions. In this position, you'll manage both daily accounting functions and advanced financial responsibilities:
- Daily Accounting Functions:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process customer invoicing.
- Monitor aging reports to support collection efforts.
- Advanced Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post Journal Entries.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) maintenance.
- Complete Account Reconciliations.
- Actively participate in the Month-End Close process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across divisions.

- 5 years of progressive accounting experience (including GL and reporting).
- Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Direct experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
