- Complete required background check
- Pass required Drug Screen
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide product information and support.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with every call.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- A friendly and patient attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable on time candidates.
- Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required!
