What You’ll Do
- Provide Hands-On Care: Support patients with daily living activities (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Be the Eyes and Ears: Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions, immediately reporting crucial changes to your team.
- Assist with Clinical Procedures: Partner with Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform hands-on clinical tasks and procedures.
- Own the Details: Document patient interactions accurately in medical records to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Collaborate Daily: Work under the guidance of our Nurse Manager, Director, and RNs to deliver age-specific, personalized care.

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.87 - $24.88
Qualifications
Education:
- Prefer a high school diploma or GED.
Experience:
- Prefers at least one (1) year of relevant nursing assistant or healthcare-related experience.
Specialized Training:
- Must successfully complete approved Valleywise Health computer classes.
Certification/Licensure:
- Requires licensure through the AZ Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Requires BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Must have the ability to work with culturally diverse people.
- Requires excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
