What You'll Do
As an HHA/PCA, you'll play an important role in helping our residents thrive by:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
- Encouraging independence while providing the right level of support
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Observing residents and reporting changes to the nursing team
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Supporting residents with behavioral and mental health needs using compassion, patience, and respect
- Working closely with nurses and other caregivers to provide exceptional care

Qualifications
- Current Minnesota HHA, PCA, CNA, or related caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background study
- Ability to assist residents with daily activities
- Excellent attendance and reliability
