Here at Mt. Naomi we strive to provide outstanding health care to women of all ages. Our Reception team must be friendly, professional, outgoing, proactive, and able to deal with stressful situations on the fly.
We are looking for a part time employee. MUST be available Tuesday, Thursday and Monday OR Wednesday (3 days a week). Will also need someone available to work half day Friday's PRN.
Due to the investment involved in training for this position, we ask for a 1 year minimum commitment to this position.
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Must be able to work shifts between 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday or as noted above.
- Must be highly motivated and consistently contribute to a positive working environment
- Must maintain a high quality and volume of answered phone calls
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answers inquiries
- Schedules appointments for multiple providers/locations
- Understands billing policies and collects payments for services rendered
- Updates and maintains all patient registration records
- Maintains provider schedules between four offices
- Directs all visitors to appropriate departments
- Monitors and maintains office equipment
- Cleans front reception area
- Maintains HIPAA compliance
- Prepares correspondence and documents
- Provides general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals
- Other duties as assigned
