Duties
- Handle customer inquires via phone, email and in person.
- Provide accurate moving estimates and follow up with potential clients.
- Schedule jobs and coordinate with moving crew.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable
- Warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in loading and unloading operations
- Experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver is beneficial
- Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety protocols is essential
- Knowledge of operating forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred
- Experience with route driving is advantageous for efficient navigation
