Our in-house marketing engine generates a steady flow of leads across search, content, and social, so our Loan Officers spend their time closing loans, not cold-calling.
About the Role
We're hiring Mortgage Loan Officers who want to build a long-term career, not just close files. You'll guide Las Vegas–area homebuyers (and borrowers across our licensed states) from first conversation through clear-to-close, backed by a support team and marketing that actually invests in your pipeline.
What You'll Do
Consult with homebuyers and homeowners to understand their goals and financial picture
Recommend the right loan program (VA, FHA, conventional, refinance) from our broker product menu
Originate loans end-to-end: pre-qualification, application, disclosures, and closing coordination
Work company-provided leads promptly and professionally, and develop your own referral network (agents, builders, financial professionals)
Keep borrowers informed at every milestone and deliver a five-star client experience
Stay current on loan programs, pricing, and state and federal lending regulations
What We're Looking For
Active NMLS license (Nevada) — or actively testing with a clear path to licensure
Knowledge of VA, FHA, and conventional loan programs (or strong willingness to learn — training provided)
Self-starter mindset: you care about clients, not just commissions
Strong communication skills; comfortable by phone, text, and email
Bilingual candidates (especially English/Spanish) strongly encouraged to apply
Sales, real estate, banking, or customer-facing experience is a plus
