Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital Wellness Center is hiring a Personal Trainer - Flexi Schedule

Welcome fitness center members and guests and partner with clients to achieve their desired outcomes. Evaluate client needs and collaboratively develop and implement individualized workout journeys that are safe, effective and inclusive of their preferences, desired outcomes and physical abilities

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• BLS within 90 days of hire (Required)

• Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer within 90 days (Required)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $21.73 - $33.84 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
