Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our Assisted Living community. This role focuses on helping tenants in a assisted living community with daily needs and improving their quality of life.
In this role you will provide personalized care and support to tenants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Your energy and positive attitude will help create a warm engaging environment where tenants feel valued and supported. Duties
- Ensure safety in an Individual enviroment
- Basic caregiver tasks/supervision
- Spend time with tenants during meals and activities
- Monitor health and report changes to Director
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment
- Willing to train to be qualified to bring medication to tenants
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred
- Ability to be patient, reliable, and compassionate
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (day, evening, night)
- Strong communication skills combined with a caring attitude focused on resident dignity and independence.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
