Full-Time Residential Aide:
Mon/Tues/Wed 3pm to 11pm and Sat/Sun 8am to 8pm.
Pay Rate Set at: $18.95

We are looking for individuals that will help us support and make a difference in adults with developmental disabilities.
Valley Village is a non-profit organization that serves 400 men and women with developmental challenges through residential and day programs. All of our programs are located in the San Fernando Valley and operated by a staff of over 300 people that love what they do.
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of a Care Provider, and the QIDP, the Residential Aides will provide training, direct care, and supervision of residents' daily needs. This position will also be responsible for completing assigned tasks and provide hands-on assistance in completing household responsibilities and meal preparations.
Requirements:
6 months work experience or volunteer work in a licensed health care facility or in a program that services people with developmental disabilities preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
The position will require transportation of clients in the company’s vehicles; therefore, the applicant must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (in order to be insured by the company’s insurance carrier and must be over the age of 21 yrs).
Must be able to pass a TB clearance, physical background check.
