Your proactive approach and dedication will help ensure optimal outcomes for patients of all ages and conditions. This a shift care , this is one on one care at the patients home.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to establish accurate baseline data.
- Administer medications and treatments following strict protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- document medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Familiar with suction, g- tube feeding and ventilator management.
- Conduct triage evaluations in urgent care or emergency settings to prioritize patient needs and coordinate appropriate interventions.
- Support patients with specialized care needs such as developmental disabilities through tailored nursing approaches.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accurate documentation.
- Hands-on experience with medication administration, and sterile techniques.
- Background working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, hospice patients, or individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with specialized areas such as pediatric care including PICU or neonatal ventilator management.

- Training will be provided for indviduals who are not familiar with ventilators.
- This Position is fulltime and Monday thru Friday.
