Nurses are the backbone of Valley View, combining compassionate care with clinical expertise.
We're looking for a fulltime (40 hours/week) RN to join our Day Surgery Team!
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
- Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.
- Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 2 years nursing (RN) experience. PACU/CCU experience preferred.
- BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
- ACLS and PALS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date or obtained with six months of hire.

SALARY RANGE:
- $36.76 - $54.06/hour (ADN)
- $37.50 to $56.23/hour (BSN)
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
- Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
- Evening, Night and Weekend Differential Available.
