What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Access Professional, part-time non-benefitted position at Valley View?
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience required
- Previous experience in insurance verification, patient registration, collections or billing required
- Courteous and patient when dealing with the public; exceptional customer service skills required
- Strong computer and typing skills are required; well-organized, dependable, and flexible
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

SALARY
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
- Position wage range: $20.00/hour
