What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse/LPN MDS Coordinator position at VALLEY VIEW NURSING HOME?
This position is responsible for coordinating and conducting periodic resident assessments and initiating and maintaining individualized care plans. The MDS Coordinator ensures compliance with state and federal requirements for documentation, coding, and reporting under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM).
We’re looking for a nurse, or well experienced LPN to join our team here in our nursing home in the middle of farm and ranch country in Glasgow, MT.

That’s an hour-and-a-half flight that costs less than $100 round trip – cheaper if you pick the right flight and Billings has all of the amenities you could be looking for if Glasgow doesn't have it.
