Valley View Manor is searching for a full-time RN Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) to become part of our facility’s compassionate care-giving team.
- Develop individualized Care Plans based on the needs of residents
- Attend and participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
- Supervise nursing floor staff
- Communication with physicians
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
