We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, including 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Administering medications and providing wound and treatment care
- Delivering general nursing care to patients based on our facility's nursing policy and procedure
- Addressing problems identified in patient care plans for Nurse review
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license from the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
- The ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a team philosophy and interact with various stakeholders
- The ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
