Valley View Manor is recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurse candidates to become a part of our team!
The Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
- Supervising CNAs
- Medication administration • Wound and treatment care
- Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
- Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review
Qualifications & Skills of Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
