This position is Monday through Friday with the following clinic schedule!
- Monday: Aspen Clinic AM front desk/Willits Clinic PM front desk
- Tuesday: Aspen Clinic front desk
- Wednesday: Willits Clinic front desk
- Thursday: Aspen Clinic
- Friday: Aspen Clinic Front Desk

As the Patient Service Specialist II, you will:
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties.
- Organizes patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule.
- Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.
- Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.
- Cross-train in PCT/CNA/MA role.
- Performs all clinical duties per licensed health care provider or delegation of a registered nurse, designated specifically by the clinic.
- Provides assistance to licensed health care providers and nursing staff for general patient assessments, rooming patients, procedures, treatments, filing/retrieving medical records, and general office clerical duties.
- Performs patient care tasks following clinic standards of care as defined in policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Current American Heart Association BLS preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire.
Skills:
- Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills
- Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills
- Phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Laboratory and/or X-ray experience preferred.
Experience:
- Two years in a reception or clerical field.
SALARY RANGE
- $20.41 to $30.02/hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
