Valley View hospital is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor!
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Responsible for training of all new staff including Communication Coordinators, Access Professionals, insurance verification, cancer center and night access personnel.
- Capable of completing and working all functions of the Patient Access Professional.
- Will provide continuing education to all staff members as needed to minimize errors.
- Will develop training guides and update as necessary to keep training up to date.
- Accurately maintains quality assurance records to aid/minimize retraining.
- Prepares daily reports, works and reviews reports, and maintains staff compliance in the manager's absence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School diploma
AAHAM certification CRCS-P
Experience:
5 Years of work experience in the medical profession of access, HIM, or billing.
SALARY RANGE
- $24.84 to $36.52/hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
