Both full and part time positions require 12 hour shifts running 7am-7pm.
Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Support residents with medication and administration.
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability
- Engage residents in social activities, therapeutic programs, and recreational events to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using electronic medical record
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a caregiver background check
- Availability for 12 hour day time shifts (7am-7pm)
- Every other weekend
