About the Role:
The Crew Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of projects or daily operations. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a team environment.
- Strong understanding of safety standards relevant to the industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Basic proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
