Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Veterinarian role based in Modesto, CA. The Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health conditions, performing surgeries and medical procedures, conducting wellness exams, and advising pet owners on proper care and preventative measures. The role also includes collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient care and maintaining accurate medical records for all treatments and services provided.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing, treating, and managing animal health conditions
- Skills in performing surgical procedures and advanced veterinary treatments
- Ability to provide guidance on pet wellness, preventative care, and treatment plans
- Experience in maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with pet owners and the veterinary team
- Commitment to continued learning and staying updated on veterinary advancements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the state of California
- Experience in small animal practice is a plus
