Automotive Body Technician
Applicants MUST have a technical degree or previous automotive body shop technician experience!
We offer an extremely generous compensation package, including performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities

Perform high-quality repairs to damaged vehicle bodies and parts according to manufacturer and dealership specifications.

Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently — “fix it right the first time.”

Prepare vehicles for body repair and refinishing work.

Verify parts against estimates and ensure all necessary components are ordered and received correctly.

Notify management of any additional repairs, issues, or potential delays that may affect job quality or completion time.

Maintain all tools and equipment in proper working order.

Stay current with training and certifications as required.

Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations — including those governing the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE (including respirators).

Qualifications
