Lead the selection, handling, and professional installation of trees and landscape plants using modern arboricultural standards to ensure long-term health and performance.

Position Overview
Lead the selection, handling, and professional installation of trees and landscape plants using modern arboricultural standards to ensure long-term health and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Select high-quality nursery stock based on health, structure, and aesthetics
- Monitor plant health from procurement through installation
- Install trees using best practices (root pruning, correct depth/root flare, soil amendments, mulching)
- Connect trees to existing irrigation systems, and install deep watering stakes with driplines to deliver water to proper depth in the soil
- Safely transport and protect large trees during delivery
- Educate clients on watering, irrigation setup, and tree establishment
- Strong physical capability (lifting, digging in hard soils, handling large trees)
- Working knowledge of tree installation and basic irrigation systems (PVC, poly, drip)
- Ability to lead a crew and maintain job efficiency
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in arboriculture, tree installation, or landscaping
- Familiarity with ANSI A300 standards
