Valley Transporter is seeking one motivated, detail‑oriented Reservation Agent to join our office team. We’re a reliable, long‑standing transportation company with a supportive staff made up of genuinely good people—some of whom bring a little extra personality to the workplace If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working with a crew that’s equal parts professional and delightfully quirky; this role may be a great fit, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations
- Respond to emails with reservation details, confirmations, and follow‑up information
- Accurately record customer information and process credit card payments
- Greet clients and visitors as needed
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with email communication
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
- Positive team player willing to assist with various tasks
- Comfortable working under limited supervision
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- A good sense of humor is always appreciated—our team works hard, supports each other, and enjoys a workplace with personality
Paid training provided.
Schedule
Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
As Needed: Occasional Sunday shifts from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (always scheduled in advance)
Additional Hours: Opportunities available during co‑owners’ vacations and peak busy periods.
