What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN / LPN Full-Time position at Valley Terrace Assisted Living?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to join our memory care team. This position provides nursing care and support to residents living with dementia and other memory-related conditions in a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide nursing care and support to memory care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
- Work closely with the care team, and families.
- Help maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current LPN or RN license.
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- A caring, patient, and team-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $29.00 per hour
