Valley Staffing is hiring a Tool Room Technician responsible for CNC setup, programming, and operation. This position offers long-term growth with the opportunity to learn toolmaking skills over time.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Follow all company quality standards and procedures
- Work independently and with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-year Machine Tool Trades program or equivalent experience
- Experience with CNC and manual machining
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience using measuring equipment
- Ability to work both independently and on a team
Pay:
- $25/hr
Shift:
- 6 AM to 3:00 PM, Mon-Thursday
- 6 AM to 12 PM, on Friday
