Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Dates: 2026-2027 School Year
- Setting: Oregon school district (teletherapy with SLPA support onsite)
- Pay: $50–$55/hour
Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned SLPA in accordance with Oregon state requirements
- Coordinate service delivery model with SLPA to ensure students receive consistent, high-quality therapy
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and complete IEP-compliant reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Maintain supervision documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
- Communicate consistently with school staff, families, and the Valley Speech team
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Oregon SLP license
- ASHA CCCs required
- Prior experience supervising SLPAs preferred
- School-based experience required
- Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and service delivery in school settings
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
