- Operate and monitor industrial equipment used in dairy production, including pasteurizers and packaging machinery
- Follow strict State and FDA protocols & manufacturing Practices standards to ensure food safety and quality throughout the production process.
- Assist with sanitation procedures to maintain cleanliness of all production areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and handling according to food industry regulations,
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and production lines; troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Requirements (Stated pay is subject to discussion based on your experience.)
- Prior experience or knowledge of manufacturing or food processing environments preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Learning & Understanding of food safety management principles
- Ability to operate industrial equipment safely and troubleshoot mechanical issues with mechanical knowledge (to be learned)
- Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards in food production is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards and adhering to safety protocols at all times
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
