Door-to-Door Sales Representative

What We Want In An Employee:

We’re looking for a driven, outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our fast growing team. In this role, you will deliver real value to customers right in their neighborhoods. This job is unique because we allow you to choose which neighborhoods to knock in (Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek). You will receive in-person training from top of the line sales leaders on real doors with real people. Once trained, we put all trust in our employees. We allow you to choose where to knock and when to knock. The average knocking day usually lasts from 10am-1pm and 4pm-Sunset. These are the “prime time” hours when you will get more interaction from homeowners.

Requirements:

We do not require previous sales experience, however it is a plus. We need you to have natural confidence with strong negotiation skills. You need to have the ability to explain services clearly, even when it’s technical. And we need you to be motivated. You will hear “no” a lot and face negative outcomes due to the nature of door-to-door sales. We need someone who won’t give up after a bad day. If this is you, you will thrive on our team. This job is commissioned based with no pay cap. What that means, is you get paid per sale no matter the amount of sales you set/close.

Pay $$$:

Starting pay is 15% gross commission of the sale. To put that into perspective, the average sale on a normal sized home is about $2,000. You will get paid $300 off that just for knocking the door. Imagine how many sales you can get each week! The money starts to add up fast! You will then be paid the day the service is completed. We don’t have a required number of hours you need to work each week, however the more time you spend on the doors, the more people you will talk to, the more sales you will get, ultimately determining the amount of money you get paid.

All these homes have a need and our service is here to fill that need.

The service you will be selling includes professional chemical stain removal, surface cleaning, power washing and sealing using our custom Valley Seal sealant. This will completely revive their outdoor surfaces and make their home look brand new again. Trust me when I say this, this service sells itself! All homes you knock will have this need and almost none of them know how to fix that. That is why our service is easy to sell!

What your job is at the doors:

Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services while handling questions like a pro. For example, if the homeowner is interested and sold on our service, you will fill out an quick form with their information, take photos of the surfaces, note specific damage, and measure the square footage of the area. This requires very minimal math knowledge. We do so because we price our service depending on the square footage (size of surface). You will also set a time for a Sales Leader to go and negotiate the price as well as set the installation date. After time, we will allow you to negotiate and close deals by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. You will also work alongside our marketing team to target the right neighborhoods and maximize results. Most importantly, you need to deliver an exceptional customer experience whether they sell or not.
