This is a full-time position, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, earning $36K- $65K/yr, hourly commission after training. We are flexible and accommodating with school hours, etc.
JOB SUMMARY
Primary objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring quality recon work is completed in a timely fashion, and tracking materials, time, and repairs for proper job completion. This role requires experience in the field, including applying polish, cleaner and/or compounds, polishing, waxing, and buffing skills preferred; must be reliable and have attention to detail;
H.S. diploma or equivalent; ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must be reliable and have attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in the field, including applying polish, cleaner, and/or compounds, polishing, waxing, and buffing skills is a plus.
Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):
- No supervisory responsibilities required for this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Apply polish, cleaner, and/or compounds to vehicles; polish, wax, and buff vehicles
- Follow all service orders and procedures in a timely and safe manner.
- Advise the Reconditioning Manager on any problems or concerns.
- Appropriately apply and use chemicals for their intended use on vehicles.
- Adhere and promote the safety standards of the shop area.
- Use of proper equipment and care when working on customer vehicles.
- Oversee that the shop area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Performs Wallwork Inc. wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor
