Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Cleaning Specialist located in Medford, OR. The Cleaning Specialist will be tasked with performing thorough and meticulous cleaning in residential settings, including routine, deep, Airbnb, and move-out cleaning services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning windows. The role requires ensuring spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Experience with residential cleaning tasks
- Skills in deep cleaning, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
