This role is essential to our operations, focusing on the service, troubleshooting, and repair of septic tanks and pump systems across central Colorado, Front Range to Western Slope. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Service: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues in septic tanks and pump systems.
- Electrical/Plumbing: Use electrical meters to measure ohms/amperage and resolve minor single-phase electrical issues. Basic wiring and wire connections.
- Field Engagement: Interact professionally with homeowners, engineers, and contractors to explain onsite systems and provide support.
- Reporting: Produce timely, detailed service reports and maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle.
- Safety: Adhere to OSHA regulations and safely operate power tools and company vehicles.
- Advancement: Participate in industry-specific classes to obtain certifications and expand your technical knowledge.
Requirements
- License: Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physicality: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. safely and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Travel: Willingness to drive daily up to a 150-mile radius in a company vehicle.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer, engineer, and homeowner interaction and reporting.
- Reliability: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Buena Vista, CO before starting work.
- Background check required.
Schedule & Location
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Work Location: In person (Buena Vista and daily driving to and from surrounding regions).
